A dollhouse that is a replica of the infamous Amityville haunted house is given to a little girl. Soon after, all sorts of horrible unexplained accidents start to happen. The family must work together to fight off the terrifying evil that has inhabited their lives.
After watching the last few parts of this series, I was expecting this one to be as terrible as most of the others but it was pretty decent. It had a couple creepy scenes but nothing scary. They did, however, add a zombie type person in this part. The make-up on him looked really good and made the movie worth watching.
The little girl, in this movie, could have done better on her role but she did an okay job. Also, the little boy didn’t do great on his role either. I guess kids aren’t much on showing real emotions of their characters, as adults usually do a good job on that.
There were a few good scenes and then there was a few lame scenes. It basically evened out, in my opinion.
If you have seen the other parts in this series, you’ll probably enjoy this part, as well. I’m just happy to see this series come to an end because of all the parts that failed horribly.
