In a small college town, a young girl working on a babysitting job in a rural farm is terrorized throughout the night.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, from this movie, when I first saw it on Netflix. The summary to it and the cover is what really caught my eye and made me want to see how it is. After watching it, I’m glad I didn’t pass it up for another film.
The storyline starts off a little bit slow, but then kept getting better. After about 30 minutes into the movie, I found myself not wanting to look away and it kept me very interested. It’s one of those movies you don’t come across every day, which is a good thing. Also, around the 30 minute line, it feels like you’re watching “When A Stranger Calls”. Shortly after that, you finally see it’s nothing like it and just made it seem that way.
The only thing I didn’t like about this movie was probably the ending, because it leaves you hanging for a part 2. In some ways, it’s good, but I’m kind of tired of seeing all these sequels. I’m hoping this won’t be another SAW, where they make 7 or more parts to it.
If you enjoy horror films, this movie should not be overlooked. It is worth watching, but unsure about owning it. It was great to see something new or original and entertaining to be made. I guess it just takes a lot of time to find those good movies.
